Temperature Measurement and Calibration 5 – 7 July 2027

Classroom-based

An NPL scientists examines a triple point cell.

Overview

2 days 05 – 06 July Price: £1445.00 +VAT.

3 days 05 – 07 July Price: £1912.00 +VAT – Optional – with ‘Hands On’ practical day.

5 days 05 – 09 July Price: £3046.00 + VAT – Temperature and Humidity combined courses.

This is a 2 or 3 day course that concentrates on those methods of temperature measurement that are of greatest technological and industrial importance, covering the range –200 °C to 3000 °C.

This classroom-based course includes lectures that cover the necessary background to the measurement of temperature and calibration of temperature-measuring instruments. Full course notes will be provided. However, the emphasis will be on practical aspects of temperature measurement, calibration and traceability, with a lot of time being spent in laboratories.

The third day is optional, but will provide opportunities for more in-depth training and ‘hands-on’ experience of some of the calibration techniques used in the NPL Temperature laboratory.

Learners will receive an NPL Certificate of Attendance.

Exhibitors
Tuesday 06 July and Thursday 08 July (for attendance on one or both days, maximum of 2 people per tabletop stand). Tickets are FREE.
