New course available: Risk Management Frameworks for Trustworthy AI

In collaboration with the AI Standards Hub, NPL have developed a short, free e-learning course on ‘Risk Management Frameworks for Trustworthy AI’. This course introduces key concepts and terminology — no prior knowledge of AI or risk management is assumed. The course has been designed for people whose organisations use, or are considering using, AI in their in-house systems and processes.

Topics covered include:

• the definition of risk in the context of AI systems
• the general approach to risk management
• the unique risks and challenges posed by AI technologies
• the scope and purpose of risk management frameworks for AI

While this course is stand-alone, it sits alongside another short, free e-learning course, ‘Introduction to Trustworthy AI’. These form part of our growing portfolio of training in the areas of AI and Machine Learning.
