Course description

NPL, the UK’s National Metrology Institute, has many measurement capabilities that can support UK industry in the development of new products and services based on quantum technologies. The aim of this course is to introduce you to a few of them and provide you with links to further information.

The course is structured as a series of short lessons, each focused on a different area of quantum research being carried out at the
National Physical Laboratory. In each lesson, you will learn about a particular quantum measurement problem the scientists at NPL are working on and why it is important, followed by a short video to explore the science behind their work.
